My husband dealt with Immerge Group when our hot water service packed it in. From the moment he rang them for a quote they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and could answer all questions and give very good advice. Our Rinnai hot water system stopped working after 3.5 years-6 months out of warranty! Rinnai arranged for Immerge Group to do the service call. David from Immerge attended our job and was fantastic. He contacted Rinnai and was able to get the repair done under warranty. he also noticed our gas regulator was faulty and advised us to contact our gas retailer.
