    Pickup the goods from our warehouse located in Unit 7, 117-119 Abbott Road Hallam, VIC. Photo ID is required when you pickup unless another person is nominated by email.

  • deliveryDelivery
    Get your goods delivered via a contracted courier company or dropped off at any Big-Post location near you. Cost is calculated during checkout process. International delivery is unavailable.

  • installSupply & Install
    Select this option for a quote on installation for Victorian customers only. In some cases a site inspection will be required before a quote can be offered.

Once you have selected your method of receiving the goods, payments can be made via a secure online connection using credit card. We currently accept VISA or Mastercard. We however do not accept AMEX or Diners at this point in time.

Following successful completion of the checkout process, a transaction receipt will be sent to your email address confirming the details of the transaction.

Payment of a 50% deposit is required up-front at the time of booking an installation. This deposit is non-refundable if the installation is cancelled.

arrow right Confirmation Call in 15 Minutes

We will call you to confirm the details of your order. Our 15 minute call-back period is available only during normal business Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST. After-hours enquiries will be answered the next business day.

Due to the size and weight of the products we sell, you or someone you nominate must be present to receive the goods when delivered. Nominations must be emailed expressing permission for the nominated person to receive the goods.

We will also offer installation of the new appliance and/or removal of the existing appliance at an additional charge. Installation jobs will be invoiced separately.

 

arrow right Order Dispatched on Same Day

Once these details have been confirmed the goods will be dispatched from our warehouse in Hallam. Then depending on your choice of shipping or installation, the goods will be;

  • Available for pickup for free from our warehouse in Hallam.
  • Delivered to your address by an appointed courier company.
  • Be available at your nearest BigPost depot.


In the case that an item is not in stock, we will dispatch the order next business day. Subject to order size and any product modifications.

 

arrow right Delivery within 3 - 7 Days

Should you select delivery by courier the items will be delivered within 3 - 7 days for all delivery locations within Australia. Expedited deliveries are avilable on request for our Victorian customers, in which case we can have a new unit to you within 2 - 3 hours of making your purchase online. Subject to location and product availability.
